PAYMENT
• Once you reserve a property, an advance amount of 50% of the property rental is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. If failure to pay the advance amount while booking will result in your booking being canceled. The balance due of the rent must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
• Deposit amount to be paid on arrival.
• If any extra guests it would be charged extra INR per night and shall be paid at the time of arrival.
• If time extended extra amount to be paid before departure.
• Government Identity Proof of all the members in soft copy to be submitted while booking.

CANCELLATION
• If the cancellation is done within 48 hours from the date of booking a full refund for the paid amount shall be processed within 5-7 working days of cancellation.
• If the cancellation is done 10 days prior to the date of check-in 50% of the paid amount will be refunded
• If the cancellation is intimated within 48 hours from the date of check-in no amount will be refunded.
• The guest may also opt for a credit note facility instead of the refund policy.
• A nominal cancellation fee of 2% shall be levied for processing refunds by Buona Fortuna.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
• Hardcopy of Government Identity proof of all the guests to be submitted on the day of arrival. Note: No entry is permitted without submitting the photocopy of actual identity proof. Original identity needs to be carried.
• Standard Check-in time: 1 pm
• Standard Check-out time: 11 am
Unless confirmed earlier. In case guests do not follow the above check-out timings an additional fee may be applicable as per terms and conditions.

LIABILITY
• Security deposit of INR will be collected along with the balance amount due and payable at the time of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of departure.
• Any damage caused to the property an extra amount in INR will be charged for the same and shall be deducted from the security amount deposited.  You are responsible for your own acts and omissions.
• The guests shall not cause any kind of nuisance to the neighbors.
• Guests and members of his/her party shall not use or permit to be brought into any property, any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha, or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property.
• The use of drugs/prostitution is against the law in India. If any guest is found using drugs or indulging in prostitution, they will be required to vacate the property immediately. Drugs if found the stay will be terminated and police complaint will be lodged against guests. They will not be entitled to any refund. Buona Fortuna will not be responsible for any legal proceedings.
• Similarly, Buona Fortuna or its management will bear no responsibility whatsoever if any of the guests/tenants/clients are found to be indulging in any sort of illegal activity, fights, or accidents. The group will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refunds shall be provided.

FORCE MAJEURE
• You understand and agree that Buona Fortuna will not be liable for any loss or damage with respect to the use of this website and/or making any reservations if the same arises out of Force Majeure or an Act of God or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of Buona Fortuna, including but not limited to, any event such as war, equipment, and technical failure, electrical power failure or fluctuation, strikes, labor disputes, riots, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, natural disasters, etc.

PET POLICY
• Pets shall be allowed on a particular property or not shall be solely based on the discretion and permissions of Buona Fortuna.
• Such approval shall be indicated on booking confirmation issued to guests.
• Non-refundable pet fee.

OTHERS
• Holidays and long weekend rates would differ.
• Social gatherings such as get-togethers, birthdays, weddings, etc would not be as per the property charges and will be charged accordingly.
